Home Services
What we actually do
Three services, plainly described.
No packages, tiers or membership. You tell Elizabeth what the trip is, she tells you what it takes and what it costs, and then she books it.
Service 01 · Vacations
The trip everyone can agree on.
Beach weeks, national-park loops, spring break, and the family trip where fourteen people from four households need to land in the same place on the same day.
- All-inclusive resorts, villas and condo rentals
- Flights, transfers and seat assignments handled together
- Multi-generation and multi-household coordination
- Theme parks, school breaks and holiday weeks
- Travel insurance explained in plain terms, not upsold
Service 02 · Honeymoons & cruises
The trips you take once.
Honeymoons, milestone anniversaries, and the sailing you've been putting off. These have less room for error, so they get more of our time.
- Honeymoons and destination weddings, including guest logistics
- Ocean, river and expedition cruising across every major line
- Cabin selection by deck, motion and view — not just price
- Private guides, transfers and restaurant reservations
- Resort credits, upgrades and amenities through agency partners
Service 03 · Corporate travel
For companies moving people every week.
One point of contact, one monthly invoice, and somebody awake in Central Time when a crew gets stuck in Houston at ten at night.
Elizabeth has managed corporate travel for Duke University, IBM and Baker Hughes, alongside Oklahoma companies moving crews and executives. Accounts of any size are welcome — the standard doesn't change.
- Managed booking against your own travel policy
- Conference blocks, group rates and event logistics
- Consolidated invoicing and spend reporting
- Rebooking support during weather and cancellations
- Incentive trips and client entertainment
Fees, without the runaround
What this costs you.
The most common question, and the one most agencies bury. Here it is up front.
No fee
The hotel, resort or cruise line pays us a commission that's already built into their published rate. You pay what you'd pay booking it yourself — often less, once partner credits are applied.
Planning fee, quoted first
Multi-country routings, independent travel and complex family logistics take real hours. We quote the fee before any work begins, and it's credited against the booking where the supplier pays commission.
Per-transaction or retainer
Depends on volume and how much policy management you want. We'll model both against your last twelve months of travel before you commit to either.
Free, and genuinely no obligation
Start with a conversation.
Twenty minutes — in person across the Tulsa metro, or by phone or video. If we're not the right fit for your trip, you'll hear that instead of a sales pitch.
